Food for Thought


The weight we carry around with us can be mental, emotional and energetic - as well as physical. ⁠ ⁠ Dropping this weight can be difficult as we can't always put our finger on why we are feeling a certain way. We can help to heal these aspects of ourselves with small, daily micro actions which create long lasting habits for helping with stress relief, fatigue, anxiety, sadness and overwhelm. ⁠ ⁠ Sometimes it’s as small and simple as being quiet and tuning in, taking a 10 minute walk outside, smiling, sitting in the sunshine, slowing down and focusing on your breathing, talking to a friend, tapping into something creative, having a shower, putting on your favourite song and dancing in the living room - whatever works for you to help lighten your load is the perfect place to start. ⁠ ⁠ #emotionalhealing
